Every one should look forward to the New Year.It means more possibilities, more opportunities, more dreaming of a better life.Life is one big playground that you can enjoy. What you respect in life will help you attract your rewards in life. What you make happen for others God will make happen for you.The secret of your future is hidden in your daily routine and your problems you are willing to go through.Looking toward the future and not at the past. It's nice to remember things but you don't have to dwell there. If you stay there you will never get farther than that remembrance

If you looking for something better always look toward the light never thing the dark is your only hope. The light that shines in each of us is the future waiting on us to catch up.I know some people only see their self in this world, that the world is all about them. But life is about touching other lives.Because you are suppose to share love to help you grow mentally or physically.I see the light shining on each and everyone in this big family we have formed here.
So now is the time for us to start being positive about our journey.
Now is the time we we have a new beginning and we are the the editor, director, dreamweaver of our life. It's up to each of us to start with a clean slate.
Happy New Year
Enjoy the night and everybody be safe.
Love All Year Along

The Right Time

n a speech given during the commencement of a newly formed missions agency, my friend—who heads up the ministry—spoke of its mission and vision. He also gave everyone a clear picture of its goals and plans.
Similarly, at the start of His public ministry, our Lord Jesus gave an “inaugural message” in a synagogue in His hometown. He deliberately directed everyone’s attention to Isaiah’s prophecy concerning God’s Anointed One (Luke 4:16-20).
Nearly 700 years earlier, the prophet Isaiah had spoken of the mission of the Messiah: “The LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the poor . . . to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed . . . to tell those who mourn that the time of the LORD’s favor has come” (Isaiah 61:1-2). Isaiah 61 celebrates God’s grace in delivering the Jews from the Babylonian bondage, and proclaims God’s glory in restoring and blessing the Jews after their exile.
After reading this Scripture, Jesus publicly announced that He was the Messiah who had come: “The Scripture you’ve just heard has been fulfilled this very day!” (Luke 4:21). Jesus laid out His mission (vv.18-19). He declared that God had sent Him to rescue us (Matthew 1:21), to heal all who are broken by sin (Psalms 34:18147:3), to set free those captured by Satan and enslaved in sin (John 8:32-36Romans 6:6-8), and to restore and bless us (Ephesians 1:3).
Christmas is a reminder that “the time of the LORD’s favor has come” (Luke 4:19). And the apostle Paul reminds us not to reject “this marvelous gift of God’s kindness. . . . Indeed, the ‘right time’ is now. Today is the day of salvation” (2 Corinthians 6:1-2). —K.T. Sim

Helping The Stranded

Sometimes we are selfish people,we like to pretend we loving and giving people.First you have to stop look at your self and look around there is need right in front of you. When you look outside of you there is need every where, that's why you have to make it personal .It do not have to be some one you know.Do it from the heart.I heart you, pass it on.
After Nelson Mandela’s death at the end of 2013, many stories surfaced of his genuine concern for others. In 1950s Apartheid South Africa, Mandela once saw a white woman standing beside her broken car in Johannesburg. Approaching her, he offered help and was able to fix the car.
When the grateful woman offered to pay him, he said, “Oh no, that’s not necessary.” “But why else would you, a black man, have done that for me if you didn’t want money?” she asked. “Because you were stranded at the side of the road,” he replied. This same man went on to become the first democratically elected president of the country in 1994.
In this season of giving, most of us are more generous and outward-focused than we might ordinarily be. The apostle Paul applauded the church in Philippi from his prison cell and thanked them for their generosity (Philippians 4:15-18), but he also warned them against wrong motives (2:3-4). His words remind us not to be selfish, urge us to be humble, call us to think of others as better than ourselves, and require that we be genuinely interested in them and their needs (2:3-4).
The apostle challenged others to have the same attitude as that of Jesus Christ: Though He was God, He gave up His divine privileges, took on the humble position of a slave, and was born a human being. He humbled Himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. God therefore raised Him to the place of highest honor and gave Him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (2:5-11).
He gave His life because we were stranded in sin and death. May we live out His servant heart. —Ruth O’Reilly-Smith

I had my surgery yesterday and everything was good. The day started good even when I didn't get much sleep the night before but I had a positive attitude. The ladies at Lacks Cancer Center was nice to me from the time I came in to the time I went out. To be told that I would be asked every step what is my name ,birth date, and the reason I was there.Since I had't ate anything for ten hours, every question that had to do with how was I feeling I said I'm hungry. Everything went smoothly that three and half hours later ,i wake up to a cup of cranberry juice and graham cookies And being in a place that only concern was how I was feeling was totally great . So before I go back for my check up I have to bake something special for those ladies and the technicians. They made me feel like I never wanted to leave. Then I got chinese food and then slept through the day away. To wake up and couldn't find my keys ,I guess god was at work to my sure I didn't go out the door. Everyone that knows me left me messages not go out walking. Thank all that prayed for me and with me. That's why I'm looking forward to everyday . Just a remainder that every one is created equal but we are not the same as the next person if everyone was a like we wouldn't be human we would be robots.I am me and proud to be me because I enjoy being me there is no one else I would like to be than me. We can all go down the same road and not see the same thing as the other. But if you don't go around judging people for not seeing the same thing you seen thinking the world what you think it is only what you see is important . I see beauty in every thing today yesterday and tomorrow. Now that you see your bright light if you only just tell people how bright you light is then the only person you help is your self .It's easy to say anything you want to say but action being the key word to be a person that is out to help others or just to be the self center person to make people feel less of a person because they are not were you are right now . I will get there if that is what god has plan for me not by putting other down and being the devil that tell people that they have not seen the same light and don;t deserve to be among the beautiful people. If you don't have love in your heart for all people how in this world do you expect to help other people ,it's easy to say I want to help people. That's just my opinion and my thought for the day .Shine your light not just on yourself but on others that's when shine brighter.Enjoy your day since i can't go out I will put up christmas decorations.

JUDGEMENTAL

There seem to be this believe that we are all the same.No one is the same, as it should be the unique personality is original. This is way we should  not judge others. If we were all the same we would be like robots. No one would have a thought of their own.And every time you try to do something that no one else is doing, you would be judged good or bad.Rosa Parks started a campaign for wall of tolerance.I thought that was a good thing that every one should try to be apart of it.Until recently I realize that people are judging and labeling each other too much.

When I ran across this again ,made me remember that we are suppose to love each other. We would be happy and at peace .Peace being the main part to be happy giving your self control over your life.Never fell you have to judge people because you wouldn't want to be judge. When I wake up every morning I'm gratiful so  I thank God and then I say a prayer for this world .Then I think of what I could do to make some one else's life better.Because you it is not all about me.

The Risk Of Love

The Grant Study has followed the lives of more than 250 Harvard graduates for 70 years to learn what makes people happy. It revealed that positive emotions make us more vulnerable than negative ones— in part because they expose us to rejection and heartbreak. One man had received a box of 100 loving letters from his patients when he retired from practicing medicine. Eight years later he proudly showed the box to a researcher and began to cry, “I don’t know what you’re going to make of this, but I’ve never read [them].”

“Being loved” is hard for many of us. We need courage to open ourselves to receive love from others. Because we—and they—are sinful, misunderstanding and rejection is always a possibility. It’s tempting to retreat into our castle and pull up the drawbridge. There we’ll be safe from the dangers of heartbreak, but we’ll also be distanced from the pleasures of love—how it feels to be fully known and still embraced.

What if true love is found in the very place we most deserve to be rejected? John explains, “God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him. This is real love . . . that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins” (1 John 4:9-10).

God’s love expels fear as light scatters darkness, for “If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love” (v.18).

The One who knows you best, loves you most. You can trust the God who hung on the cross for you. When you are secure in the grip of His love, you can open yourself to others. “We love each other because he loved us first” (v.19).  —Mike Wittmer

Temptations We Face

This is the last snack I’m going to eat today, you tell yourself. Then 5 minutes later you’re looking for another one! Michael Moss, in his book Salt Sugar Fat, reveals how food companies study ways to “help” people crave junk food. Some of the food industry’s biggest names hire “crave consultants” to determine people’s “bliss points”—the conditions when food companies can optimize consumers’ cravings. One popular company spends $30 million a year to determine the bliss points of consumers.

Just as there are crave consultants who can cause us to long for junk food, there’s a spiritual “crave consultant” studying believers in Jesus—trying to direct, shape, and distort their desires toward things that aren’t good for spiritual health (1 Corinthians 10:6). His name is Satan.

Satan is the chief force behind temptations that believers face. He tempted Adam and Eve to crave independence from God and incited them to shatter shalom (Genesis 3:1). He encouraged David to crave power by relying more on military capabilities than trusting the power of God (1 Chronicles 21:1). If believers don’t nurture intimacy in their marriages, Satan encourages them to crave satisfaction outside the marital union (1 Corinthians 7:5). He’s the world’s most cunning crave consultant, using money, power, lust, and pride to entice believers to reach the bliss point of sin and spiritual bondage.

We can resist Satan’s overtures by memorizing God’s Word (Matthew 4:4), watching and praying (26:41), remembering that God is faithful, and believing that He will deliver us from temptation. Our God will never allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13). —Marvin Williams
